COMBINED POSTAGE

I currently haven't got combined postage set up on the website so you may see a high total postage cost at checkout if buying more than one item. Rest assured, I will refund you the excess on any multiple purchases and will always combine items in one package to keep costs down for you. 

 

UK SHIPPING

UK shipping costs are shown at checkout. Delivery charges are calculated based on the dimensions and weight of your purchase once packed. I use Royal Mail or ParcelForce for UK deliveries and prices are reflective of the costs of the service used. All items are sent using "signed for" service for your peace of mind.

I aim to dispatch all orders within a maximum of 3 working days. If there is likely to be any delay to that timeframe, I will contact you and inform you immediately.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For overseas customers, postage will be added at checkout and is based on tracked & signed service. Any questions, please contact me via 1010vintagemel@gmail.com. Overseas shipments are currently being sent via Royal Mail and/or UPS. 

Overseas customers are responsible for any import/export duties and taxes, etc incurred.

 

CONDITION OF GOODS

The items I sell have all had a previous life – some of them have had a hard life! I endeavour to list each item honestly and I will always clearly indicate any major issues. Please also refer to the photographs for a clear idea on condition. Buyers should expect minor issues such as scratches and scrapes, dints and dents. These are part of the timeworn charm of the pieces I sell and, in my view, only add to the charm and character.

 

RETURNS

All goods leave 1010 Vintage in the condition indicated by the photographs and description on the listing and I take great care with packaging to ensure your item reaches you safely.  Nevertheless, despite my best efforts, damage can occur in transit. All items should be inspected upon receipt and 1010 Vintage should be notified of any damage within 48h of receipt, enclosing a clear photo of the damage. If the item is unusable, I will refund the cost of the item and the shipping cost.

 

In the unlikely event that you feel the item you receive does not
match the photographs or description, please let me know within 14
days of receipt so I can endeavour to find a mutually acceptable
solution. If 1010 Vintage agrees to accept a return, I will expect to
receive the goods within 14 calendar days from that date. Upon receipt
I will provide you with a refund. I do not accept returns unless the
goods are damaged or significantly different to their description

 

CANCELLATIONS

Should your circumstances change and you are no longer in a position to proceed with a purchase, please let me know and request a cancellation within 24h of placing the order.

 

Should you decide to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, I will expect to receive it back within 7 calendar days of delivery, the cost of the return to be paid by the buyer.

 

Once I have received your return and assessed it for resale and am satisfied it is in the same condition as the time of original dispatch, a refund will be issued. Returned goods should be in saleable condition and packed as received by the buyer in original packaging. The refund will be for the cost of the goods only and does not include delivery or return postage costs.
